IntelliPro adopts different security methods in enforcing the standards while producing
a quality software product. Though we have a trust in our employees that they never
compromise on quality and never disclose any information related to clients or IntelliPro
itself to someone else. But again the security channels and IP protection techniques
have to be adopted by high standard offshore development companies and IntelliPro
being in the list of such type of offshore software development companies also implements
different measures which are being discussed in the following section of this page.
IntelliPro signs NDA with its customers. NDA is actually a non-disclosure agreement
which is signed by IntelliPro and its customers to ensure not disclosing any information
of client to the outside world. So, their information is always restricted to our
team only working on that particular project. In addition to it, another agreement
which is authorship waiver agreement is also signed to keep and protect the intellectual
property.
We provide our employees with a secured computer network which is inaccessible from
any network other than IntelliPro’s own local area network (LAN). Also there is
check on internet usage and employees are being monitored on what they access from
internet and what they send the information. So, there is no chance of leakage of
information from inside organization using the network.
IntelliPro gives training on IP protection, IP rights to its newly inducted employees.
We also signs different contracts that also includes the IP rights protection.
The
strict security measures have been adopted by IntelliPro in such a way that nobody
can plug in his/her USB, CD or floppy disk into the drives of their computers because
all such ports and drives have been disabled to protect the resources of IntelliPro
from different hazards including viruses and information leakages etc.
All employees are sitting behind a firewall that they can use the internet but with
limited approach and features. This security feature is used to strengthen the internet
security features at IntelliPro. Access of some common websites including social
networks like Facebook, twitter, yahoo, Gmail etc. has been blocked for software
developers to strengthen the security measures at IntelliPro.
IntelliPro’s software development area is no go area for other employees and public.
So, nobody can go into that area but only the relevant employees working on a project
are allowed to enter into that area and they cannot interact with the outside world
and cannot share the information.
